Located on the 4th floor, you will love the contemporary design and updated features throughout. Being on the 4th floor, you have such a great bird’s eye view of the beach below! Natural lightning illuminates the entire space, making the whole area feel airy and open! The large living area with sleeper sofa, has two walls of windows making the villa bright and open with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. A smaller, separate living area features a comfortable couch and large, wall-mounted 65" SMART TV and DVD player, great for cozying up with your family and watching a movie after a day at the beach. A brand new dining table rounds out this open space and provides seating for 5 and an updated, fully equipped kitchen with brand new cabinets, includes all you need for making snacks and sandwiches for lunch or a great full course dinner. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar that has 4 chairs and is a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee with a view of the water. The entire villa has a serene blue and tan color scheme that is simple and well designed. It compliments the colors of the ocean and sand below but doesn’t compete for your attention. The Master bedroom can be found just off the main living area and features a King bed and private bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower. This bathroom is perfect for a mini spa day if you’re feeling tired after a couple days of fun in the sun! A 43" TV and access to the main balcony overlooking the beach and ocean make this a vacation oasis. A second bedroom is located just inside the front entrance and also includes a King bed and private bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. This bedroom also includes a 50" TV and private balcony with a small table and 2 chairs...perfect for drinks after a day at the beach. The third bedroom is located near the back of the villa and also includes a King bed, 32" TV and shared bathroom. Both of the balconies are great spots to catch the ocean breeze and let the salt air kiss your skin! The highlight of this villa is the view of the beach and ocean that can be enjoyed from almost every space. The large main balcony features a table and 4 chairs. Two additional chairs are also available for viewing the sunrise with your family.
