A wonderful transformation has taken place as this home now features a beautiful open floor plan with a top notch gourmet kitchen and granite topped island. The main level of the home has a large, spacious living area that has plenty of seating for your entire family with a sofa, love seat and chair. There is a beautiful wood coffered ceiling over the living and dining areas. Also in the living room is a fireplace and 50” Samsung TV with DVD player. This room flows nicely into the kitchen and dining room. The dark wood dining table seats 8 and there is additional seating on the other side of the kitchen at the glass octagon table. There are also four bar stools at the kitchen island that put you right in front of the chef as he prepares your favorite meal. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a magnificent granite island and plenty of counter space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and 5-burner gas stove. This living area also provides access to the brand new upstairs deck with Trek-style flooring where the Char-Broil grill, a table with seating for 6 people and two Adirondack chairs are. The stairs lead down to an all-new covered patio area with stone floors and ceiling fans that is perfect for entertaining. There is a glass table that seats 4, a patio couch and two chairs. This leads directly to the pool and spa where you’ll find 10 lounge chairs for soaking in the South Carolina sun. The first of two Master bedrooms is located just off the living area on the main level. The bedroom features a king bed, two accent chairs, a 40” Samsung TV, slider to the deck and a private bathroom with double vanity, soaker tub and large walk-in shower. A second bedroom on this level also has a King bed, accent chair and 40” TV. The attached bathroom has access from the bedroom and hallway and has a single vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom on this level has two Twin beds, a 32” TV and access to the upstairs deck. The private bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. On the lower level you will find the laundry room with sink, washer and dryer, three additional bedrooms and a spacious den. The den has a sectional couch, 48” Samsung TV with Blu-ray player and you can walk out to the unique patio area and pool. The first bedroom is the second Master and features a King bed, 40” TV, access to outdoor patio and a private bathroom with double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, 32” TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. There are two window cushioned seats that look out to the front yard. A great place to curl up with a book! The third bedroom on this level has two Twin beds, 32” TV, access to outdoor patio and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
