This charming little villa is the perfect destination for a family bonding holiday. The stylishly designed home, with lovely stone walls, and step gardens, is located close to Saat taal, a great place to help leave behind the stresses of city life. Spend your days being pampered by our in-house staff while you lounge in the garden or spend the afternoons in the cosy living room. Nainital town is an approx. 30-minute drive away. If you make a booking we assume House rules are accepted.
Our home is best suited for families and friend groups, looking to spend quality time together, not party seekers. We do not allow loud music, drugs or outside visitors. If this appeals to you, then we would be delighted to welcome you.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
