- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: While the property features step-free entry and a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, stairs are required to reach the additional bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor
- NOTE: This property may not be suitable for young children due to the unfenced lake area
- NOTE: The lake levels have been lowered by the Corps of Engineers, which means the dock is now sitting on the ground. You can check current lake levels at the Lake Hartwell Water Level website
- NOTE: The lake levels on Lake Hartwell are managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers. They lower the lake level, typically starting in late summer, and do not raise it again until early spring. This means that during the months of September-March, the lake levels are often too low to accommodate a boat or swimming or fishing at the dock. If these activities are central to your stay, we recommend that you first check the water levels by Googling 'Lake Hartwell Lake Level'
- NOTE: The dock sits in about 5.5 feet of water when the lake is at ‘full pool' (660' for Lake Hartwell). If the lake level is 655' or less, there will not be enough water to boat, swim, or fish from the dock. If the water is too low, you can always launch your boat at the nearby Hartwell State Park on Highway 11 (
