Edisto Island is one of South Carolina’s Sea Islands, and it’s known for its picture-perfect beaches, rich wildlife, delicious food, and outstanding old plantations. Beach access 31 is about a 350-yard walk to Edisto Beach. You’ll find a bike path right out the back gate for easy transportation. Take scenic walks at the nearby Bay Creek Park, one and a half miles. If you want to travel farther, must-visit attractions include Edisto Beach State Park, Edisto Island Serpentarium, Spanish Mount Point, and Bâche monument.
This delightful home works perfectly for outdoor enthusiasts. Find an extensive enclosed backyard with an exclusive outdoor pool measuring 14 by 28 feet (Please note that you can pay an extra fee to heat the pool during the winter months). The enclosed patio offers a secluded place to enjoy meals at the picnic table and show off your grilling skills using the propane grill available. Come back from the beach and rinse off in the blink of an eye using the enclosed outdoor shower! In addition, you will find a fish cleaning station. An in-home elevator takes you to the porch. Spend tranquil evenings creating everlasting memories with your loved ones - there are comfortable Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, and a cozy seating area. The screened back deck offers a dining table with fantastic pool views and an eating bar with stools.
Upon entering this air-conditioned abode, you will encounter a coastal color palette, hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, and a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces. The light-filled living area is the ideal spot to spread out and rest - stream your favorite shows on the 65-inch smart TV while munching on delicious treats. A second cozy family room hosts another 65-inch smart TV. Choose your favorite spot to curl up with a book off the shelf.
The well-equipped, open kitchen is complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a generous pantry, and everything you need to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks for the crew. The oversized dining table is perfect for family meals or hosting a family game night.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a gorgeous walk-in shower, a vast walk-in closet, and access to the back porch. One of the guest bedrooms also has an en suite bathroom, and upstairs, you’ll find a bonus, secluded sleeping nook.
