Upon arrival, you’ll find it easy to settle into this well-equipped home located in a peaceful neighborhood minutes from town. Surrounded by towering trees and rock outcroppings, this home offers a true sense of seclusion, making it the perfect spot for your mountain retreat.
Breath in the fresh mountain air and take in the woodland scenery while lounging on the wraparound deck, which is truly wrapped around 3 sides of the house to provide views, sunshine, and shade. Sit back with a cup of coffee and enjoy the mountain views while listening to soothing sounds of Fish Creek across the road.
Step inside the rustic home to be greeted by wood floors, walls, and comfortable furnishings throughout the open floor plan. The home’s main level contains the living room and adjacent dining room with great mountain views from the large windows. With a beautiful wood-burning moss rock fireplace and new leather couches, the living area is the perfect place to kick back and unwind after a day of hiking or skiing!
Adjacent to the living area, the dining room has a wooden dining table with seating for 8 to enjoy the home-cooked meals that are prepared in the kitchen. The remodeled fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to make your favorite recipes.
Also on the first floor, you’ll find the laundry room, a bathroom, and 2 large bedrooms. Upstairs, you’ll find another large bedroom with a shared bathroom and a small private balcony with stunning views of Long’s Peak. On the lower level, the third bedroom has its own entry door and a bathroom. All 3 bathrooms in the home have been remodeled within the last 5 years and feature new appliances and fixtures.

From this home, you’ll be in the perfect spot to get the all-around Rocky Mountain experience! Although you feel secluded during your stay, you're only minutes from the downtown of Estes Park, where you can find the perfect souvenir at one of the unique shops or grab a cup of Joe at Kind Coffee.
This home is just 15 minutes from the main entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, where you can hike endless scenic trails to get to breathtaking views.
If you’re up for a more challenging hike, begin the trek up one of Colorado’s infamous 14ers, Long’s Peak, of which the trailhead is just 15 minutes from the home. For a less challenging hike, visit Lily Lake or Twin Sisters, both 10 minutes away, for more amazing views.
While you’re in Estes Park, be sure to bring your rods for fishing at Lake Estes inlet or go fishing at Big Thompson River.
