With an area of 693 m2, our villa with 3 bedrooms has 3 floors, and consists of an indoor area of 427 m2 with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a WC, and a kitchen in the first floor, and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room in the upper floor. The private the garden area of 266 m2 features a heated private pool of 37 m2 with sea water, a terrace with sunbed, dining table and garden furniture, and sunbathing and resting space. It also opens to the lagoon pool with freshwater. There is a billiard table, Turkish bath/steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room with 2 beds, a gym, a 55” TV, a minibar, and a garden in the basement of the villa, which catches the sun. The master bedroom features a super king bed of 200 x 200 cm, a dressing room, a makeup table & mirror, a safe deposit box, a minibar and a seating group. The other two bedrooms feature two queen-size beds of 140 x 200 cm, a dressing room, a makeup table & mirror, a safe box, a minibar and a seating group. The bathrooms of all the rooms include a shower/WC, a magnifying makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a hair straightener and bathrobe-slippers. There is a seating group, a dining table.
