The Home
Fletcher Coach House is a beautifully decorated three bedroom cottage sleeping six ideally situated just a stones throw from Pendine with its seven mile golden beach.
You enter into the large kitchen offering everything needed to cook for you and your guests, a dining table with seating for six and beautiful exposed stone walls. The living room sits just off this with a large L shaped sofa perfect for kicking back and relaxing in front of the large flat screen TV.
Heading upstairs you will find the three bedrooms two of which boast double beds with ample wardrobe space. The third and final bedroom is a beautiful twin room. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor with a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.
Fletcher Coach House benefits from a lovely outdoor area with outdoor seating and a BBQ for your use. There is also off street parking.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
