Welcome to Lazy Bear Lodge, an Property Manager home!
The crisp mountain air sweeps through the surrounding tall ponderosa and sugar pine trees, sending a fragrance of fresh forest through the cabin. The cool, fresh air is your invitation from the mountains to unwind or explore.
Centrally located and easily accessible, this is a picture-perfect Big Bear mountain cabin. Newly built in November 2019, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open spaces, and cozy fireplaces, Winterpark Pines will impress family and friends.
While the family cooks whip up excellent meals in the all-new chef’s kitchen, kids can play pool on the new 7’ pool table or watch movies on the Smart TVs. There’s even a garage game room with a shuffleboard, a poker table, and ping pong. You’ll also find a pool table and arcade game in the den.
Outside, Lazy Bear Lodge boasts new landscaping throughout the front and back yards....

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
