The 250 sq. m. home has an open plan living area with a cosy lounging space, a dining area and a high end fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeping 10 persons, there are four main bedrooms and a loft all equipped with a double bed. The villa contains three bathrooms, two of them equipped with a bath, and one of them with a shower. It also includes all the amenities appropriate for a luxury and high-quality vacation. Some of them are: hot water, television, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, alarm, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, barbecue, and two fireplaces (for the winter)

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
