This is a gorgeous 7 bedroom Villa with phenomenal shimmering sea views and positioned in the prestigious urbanization of Ranch Domingo. This Villa is on an expansive plot of 5000m2. In the main house you have four bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen with office, living room. Outside you have a fantastic garden area where you can dine under the terrace or relax by the pool on one of the sunbeds. Have a party in a BBQ on the deck with bar area. The pool can also be heated which is perfect for the winter months!
The villa also has three separate apartments. The first apartment enjoys a downstairs living room, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. The second apartment located just by the front door entrance which has a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The final apartment is located near the back of the house and has a living room and bedroom. All the bedrooms in the apartments have air conditioning.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
