It features a private large fenced in turf backyard with gas fire-pit, hot tub, hammock, and outdoor seating, Additionally there is a in-unit washer and dryer, incredible primary suite and updated finishes throughout. This also rental includes access to a private two-car garage. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood less than a half mile from historic Frisco Main Street; you are minutes from shopping and dining options, the Frisco Marina, and the Frisco adventure park. Frisco is also centrally located providing convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
The entryway has mounted hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout your day. Next to this area is the remodeled full-size kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the essential cookware and tableware to make a delicious meal. This kitchen is stocked with household favorites including a Crockpot, air fryer, blender, and food processor. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area with a circular dining table with seating for four. There is also additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. For convenience there is a full-sized bathroom on the main level. All bathrooms feature modern updates and new floorings.
The open concept living area has ample seating, including a bean bag style seat. The living area mounted Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and access to the spacious private backyard. Head outside onto the spacious, fenced-in backyard featuring a private hot tub, outdoor seating, gas fire-pit, and hammock. The fenced in backyard and turf are a rare amenity in the Summit County area and is perfect for those traveling with their pets!
Downstairs, guests will find the spacious primary suite. The primary suite offers a king size bed, Smart TV, modern furnishings, new plush carpet, and en suite bathroom. The remodeled bathroom features a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and water room for added privacy. The in-unit washer/dryer and the primary walk-in closet is also located on this level. Additionally, access to the home from the garage is on this level.
Heading back upstairs, to the top floor, guests will find the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features two double beds, a Smart TV, hardwood flooring, and surrounding windows offering natural light. The second guest bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed and several windows offering incredible mountain views and great light. Additionally, there is a cubby set up with a pet bed in this room! The guest bathroom for the top floor features a shower/tub combination and a vanity with granite countertops.
