Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present North Karelia Villa 1040. 60 km SW of Joensuu, Orivesi Saimaa 35 m (536 km ²). Rääkkylä 20 km. Own shoreline 500 m on a peninsula of Suursaari. There is a shallow sandy bay very suitable for children. Own rowing boat and jetty. A modern cottage was built in 2011. In the cottage you will find kitchen, living room, two bedrooms with double beds and loft, vestibule, sauna, shower room and toilet and a separate toilet, a covered veranda and a large terrace with an electric grill. For children, a baby bed and a high chair. Carport, heater plugs and storage. The cottage locates in the peace of the beautiful island of North Saimaa. Road to the cottage. No neighbors in sight. Cottage is very suitable for families with children, couples, and meetings and it is obstacle-free. Fire place on the beach. The cottage locates close to the nature reserve, where runs its own 2.8 km long nature trail with lean-tos (800 m). From the cottage leaves the water hiking trail. Good opportunities for fishing - there is a place for fish processing, vacuum packer and a separate freezer. Fishing guide service. Excellent for mushroom and berry pickers. Pajarinhovi aqua park and a wildlife park in Kitee 62 km. Elect. motor for the boat to be rented separately.
