Property Manager is proud to present Southern Savonia Villa 1086. 11 km to the west form Savonlinna, lake SaimaaPihlajavesi 5 m, very gently deepening sandy beach, another beach (which deepens faster) for adults, pier, rowing boat.
Wooden cabin 1995, renovated in 2010 and 2020, kitchen, living room, bedroom (11 m²) double bed, bedroom (7 m²) 120 cm wide bed, on the loft two beds (11 m², room height 230 cm), washroom with shower and WC, drain pump of WC causes louder sound than normally.
Separate sauna building (both wood heated sauna stove and electric sauna stove) 20 m² with washroom and fireplace room.
Outbuilding, where two alternate beds during summer time, summerhouse. Southern Savonia Villa 1086 is a nice rental cabin for example for a family or couples, large and sheltered shallow sandy beach is suitable for small children. Another, deeper beach nearby sauna, is better for adults.
