Property Manager is proud to present North Ostrobothnia Villa 1113. 37 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 9 km, Lake Alakitkajärvi 10 m, sandy bottom beach, pier, rowing boat and canoe. Log cottage, built in 1985, renovated 2013 and 2018, bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2: 2 beds + extra bed, bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds, bedroom 4: 2 beds, bedroom 5: single bed, bedroom 6: 2 beds and bedroom 7: double bed.

In the main building maximum number of persons is 16. In case you will be more, please book additionally sleeping cabins (additional fee). Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
