Newly remodeled in 2021, a vacation rental like this is difficult to find! The home is open and spacious. With four bedrooms, you can bring your extended family and friends! Comfy mattresses and all the trappings of home, we have tried to think of everything. The kitchen has lots of room to move around and is fully equipped, ready for any big meal you want to prepare! Complete with extras such as a crock pot, electric griddle, hand mixer, and blender. Wichita Landing is stunning but also relaxing! Stretch out on yoga mats with blocks and straps, play a game of Ping-Pong or chill outside on the patio. For those looking for something to do, downtown Rogers is within six miles away and offers quaint shopping, coffee shops, dining, and great outdoor spaces for the community. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
