Comfortable and bright two-room apartment on the third floor, in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: fridge / freezer, dishwasher and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 double sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with air conditioning, lift, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, courtesy line, television and wifi. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work, whether you are passing through to visit the city. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
