Property Manager is proud to present Päijat Häme Villa 1009. 40 km north-west of Heinola, Tainionvirta current 100 m (length 30 km, width 0.05 km), hard, both shallow and deep parts, sandy clay, mud bottom. Beach is also suitable for children. The boat and the beach is in shared use with the owner.
Log house 1888, renovated 2000 and 2018, kitchen-living room sofa bed, a bedroom with three beds and a bedroom with two beds and a bunk bed, sauna (electric stove), shower room, entrance hall, wood storage shed, porch, patio.
Hot tub in the patio, must be rented separately from the owner (60 euros time). One usage of hot tub is included in the booking in WEEK bookings (7 nights and longer bookings ) according to the customer’s choice. Extra times can be rented for an extra price.
The house is located on a beautiful manor house estate. The mansion is a working farm, grain-growing farm, and a holiday farm.

The house was originally an old building and log walls has time darkened. Bed rooms are spacious. Nearest neghbour is the owner, there is a bush fence, so both yards also have own privacy. The yard includes old barn, shed, drying house, horse stables.
Swimming area in Tainionvirta River is just down the birch lane, about 100 meters from the house. The beach is in shared use with the owner. Tainionkoski power station is nearby, so about 50 m away the water flow can be sometimes hard. *** NOTE! Fishing is not allowed during September-November.***
Place is ideal for example for a family with children. Manor’s children’s play area is near, there is eg. a yard swing, a trampoline, sand box and toys for children to play.
Tennis Court 0.6 km (bookings through the owner, owner instructs in the use). Owner rents bicycles.
The same owner has also cottages 11334 and 12657. Catering available by separate agreement (owner has a holiday farm, which is suitable for arranging small parties by separate agreementpayment). There are two fridges in the cottage.
Tainionvirta is one of Finland’s most southern salmon river, fishing-wilderness guide available.
