Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • All guests must be registered with the Homeowners Association. The Rental agency will Register you on the day you check in. The Guest(s) shall take care of the premises, appliances, and furnishings. The unit will be left in the same condition as it was found upon check-in, including furniture placements. The Guest(s) shall be responsible for all conditions caused by a negligent or wrongful act or omission of the Guest(s). The Guest(S) agree to abide by the rules & regulations of the community. The Guest(s) shall not use the premises for any disorderly or unlawful purposes or in any manner offensive to others or which would constitute a breach of the peace. The pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm .Pool rules are clearly posted at the pool and should be followed. Managing Agent or Owner is not responsible for the loss, theft of Guest(s) belongings or for personal injuries sustained by the Guest(s). This agreement imposes an obligation of good faith in its performance and enforcement. If Guest(s) default(s) in the performance of any of the obligations contained herein,The Property Manager shall be entitled to recover all costs and reasonable attorney fees. This property is located in a gated community and guests agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Association. You will be permitted to park 2 regular vehicles. Large vehicles and trucks will not fit. No boats, trailers or wave runners are permitted. Speed limit in the complex is 5mph.
