Property Manager is proud to present, Protaras Villa 1691. This well presented 3 bedroom villa is in a private cul de sac and is set in a fantastic location, just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Protaras and its beautiful sandy beaches.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room area features a large comfortable leather corner sofa and widescreen TV with satellite. The dining area seats 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances that you will require during your self-catering stay.
The ground floor also has a twin bedroom complete with shower and a separate WC.

Upstairs on the landing is a dressing area with large mirror and hairdryer. You will find the other 2 bedrooms on this floor, one twin and one double and the family bathroom with shower and tub.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
