• Note: This home is direct oceanfront with water surrounding the main spaces; it may not be ideal for families with small children.
• A/C thermostats are preset to shut off at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. They operate continuously at night, maintaining a minimum temperature of 74°F for guest comfort.
• Parking: Private driveway and garage.
• Community: Gated access, swimming lagoon, and beach within Kona Bay Estates.
