In a wonderful and quiet spot, this breathtaking house facing the sea in Son Serra de Marina becomes the perfect destination for the holidays of 8 people. It has an indoor pool, a fabulous front terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean and a large patio with a barbecue.
The main terrace is the perfect place to have a drink at sunset with your loved ones, listening to the tune of the waves and admiring the blue of the sea. At the back of the house, in the large patio with barbecue, you can sunbathe and enjoy your meals with more privacy. The large indoor pool (not heated) is undoubtedly one of the best attractions in the house. Here you can cool off after a morning at the beach, in the 11 x 4 meters of water, with a depth of 1.5 meters.
The 3-storey house has been decorated and equipped to the last detail. The large living-dining room with TV-sat is a continuation of the main terrace, with incredible sea views...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
