Spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom townhouse close to a river and downtown Augusta. The townhouse has 3.5 bathrooms. Comes with all the comforts of a home perfect for long-term stays.
Features a private balcony, a beautiful living area with a fireplace, a comfy sofa, and a big smart TV. The house also has a garage for 1 car, and a shared patio by the boat dock.
The 3 bedrooms have plenty of sleeping space that can accommodate up to 8 people with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and walk-in closets in each of the bedrooms, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the third bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
Location-wise it doesn’t get any better than this. There are dozens of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away from this townhouse. There’s a bus stop just a few blocks from the building.
