Chesa Filia a multi-family house located in the La Punt area below the Albula pass. It is located on a pleasant and sunny slope facing south. It is only 600 meters from the La Punt station and a little more from its historic centre. St. Moritz is 16 km away.
In summer as in winter the walks start directly from the house.
The Mussella ski lift and the Fono ski slopes are 1.5 km away. The supermarket at 1 km.
The apartment is a two rooms apartment of about 70 square meters. It has a large living room with sofa area, table and open kitchen. Kitchen with 4 fires, oven and dish washer. There are two bedrooms one with a double and the other with a bunk bed. Bathroom with bathtub. Small private garden accessible form the living room. The apartment has a communal laundry and parking lot in the garage at the next house. Wi-fi.
Security Deposit of CHF500 to be collected upon arrival.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
