Niki’s Villa is a luxurious newly built two-storey villa in Akrotiri, Zakynthos with panoramic views of the blue Ionian Sea. The architectural design of the 175 square meters villa creates an airy and high ceiling area as from the first floor you can see through to the second floor with characteristic its interior balcony. The first floor features two spacious bedrooms designed and decorated in a way that provides comfort and luxury. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and from its window you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea, the pool and all the surrounding area. The second bedroom has two single beds with windows overlooking the backyard of the villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
