Please note: there are about 10 steps before reaching the elevator, so the property is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Space Description
This spacious 155 sqm four-room apartment has an elevator and can accommodate up to 9 people. The apartment features a dining area with a table and chairs, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster), and 4 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can also be used as a triple thanks to a sofa bed. Each room is furnished with smart TVs, heating, air conditioning, and bright windows.
Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower, bidet, WC, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer, while the fourth has a private external bathroom with the same amenities. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, an ironing board and iron, and autonomous heating and air conditioning systems. Upon request, a crib can be added for an additional 10 euros per day. The strategic location makes this apartment perfect for exploring Rome and enjoying the vibrant nightlife in the area. .
