Villa Maddalena is a newly built villa with pool and large garden. It is decorated to the highest standards; rooms are large and spacious, tastefully decorated, kitchen fully equipped with all modern amenities. The villa consists of a large living area with a fireplace, dining area and a kitchen with a kitchen island downstairs. Large balcony doors open up to the pool and magnificent view. There is also one large bedroom with twin beds (140x200) and en suite bathroom (bath) downstairs and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with double bed, each with a bathroom with a shower. There is a large terrace and also a covered outside kitchen that boasts a large BBQ and wooden table with chairs. There is a large parking space at the side of the house. Special features: beautiful spacious house, highly decorated with large pool and an outside kitchen. Private parking. Sea view.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
