This stunning 4-bedroom home offers a private, peaceful and tranquil location with panoramic views across the beautiful waterways of Port Stephens. Centrally located and close to Roy Wood Reserve, Bagnall’s Beach and Dutchman’s Beach, Corrie Lane 10 provides the perfect hub to explore all that is on offer in Port Stephens. You’re also just 4.5km from Nelson Bay and d’Albora Marina, where dolphin watch cruises depart daily.
The air-conditioned upper floor offers open plan living that leads out to a large balcony with fabulous views, and an outdoor table and lounge. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). In the morning, you can find yourself enjoying coffee and breakfast on the balcony while soaking in the beautiful vista of boats floating on the glistening waters. Late afternoon, cook up a BBQ with family and friends after a day at the beach, then sit back with a refreshing beverage as you watch the sunset across the water towards Soldiers Point. This level also boasts the master bedroom with king bed, a TV, vanity table, ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms. One has a tri-bunk, and the other 2 each have a double bed, ceiling fan and balcony access. All 4 bedrooms have built-in robes. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet, and a laundry with washer and dryer.
Outside, you’ll find a beautiful backyard garden with an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after the beach. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars in the carport with space for another 2 to 3 cars in the driveway.

- Linen and bath towels are provided at this property and beds will be made, ready for your arrival.
- Please bring your own pods for the Nespresso coffee machine.
- The driveway is quite steep and may not be suitable for all cars.
