Water’s Edge is a beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom beach house with a private dock on a canal. It has lots of room inside and out for your family to enjoy. Each bedroom is very private, featuring King Beds on the south side and Queen Beds on the north side – see the Floor Plan in the picture section. The Great Room features an open floor plan where everyone can enjoy themselves. With table seating for 6 and 5 Stools at the Bar, all can enjoy dining on that fresh Gulf Seafood. The kitchen is huge, with everything needed for any style of Cuisine. You can boat, kayak or canoe right behind the house, while the family chef is grilling on the large canal-front patio.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
  • 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
  • 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
  • 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
  • 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
  • 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
  • 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
  • 8. Take the trash can to the street on Monday night and Friday night.
  • 9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
  • 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
