Norwegian Log 104 is a tremendous Steamboat rental property. It starts with its unbeatable location right under the gondola, providing ski-out/ski in-walk-in (based on snow conditions) accommodations. The walk back is about 100 yards. You’ll experience true mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area that can be enjoyed from 2 decks, the main living area and 2 of the bedrooms.
The open living area which features an updated kitchen with mountain-style wood cabinetry and granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal and there is a large, beautiful wood dining table off the kitchen, perfect for a family or group. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and take in the fantastic views. The living area has access to 2 decks with amazing views.
The master bedroom is very large that features a king bed, great views and a large, updated full bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed that is spacious and has slope views.
The 3rd bedroom/den is off the living area, has a Sofa sleeper(queen size), a desk and chair. The room is enclosed by french glass doors. Combined with high speed wifi, this makes Norwegian Log 104 a great remote working option.
There is another large, full bathroom that had also been updated.
During the summer, you are near biking and hiking trails, the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
