The Home
Our condo is 3 bedrooms and has panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows. It is located in Tower 5- unit 1301-of the Portofino Resort. Tower 5 is the newest building and also the most western tower, which gives off the best sunset views!! It has a wrap around balcony and faces south over the gulf and west towards the sunsets. The best condos on the beach!
On property, feel at ease with 24 hour gated entry, very own tower pool access, as well as close proximity to the Lifestyle Center which has the fitness center, on site restaurants, spa, and 2 large infinity pools. Pensacola’s destination of choice is right here!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
