Wooden cottage 1997, kitchen-living room with convertible sofa, bedroom with 2 bed, upstairs bedroom with 4 beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna (both elect. and wooden heated stove), terrace and balcony. Cozy, wooden cottage in a relatively peaceful location, no neighbors directly to be seen, distance 1 km to the nearest neighbor. An own artificial pond, jetty. The water is dark, but is studied for swimming. Distance to the Lake Pielinen 2,5 km and to the pond Käränkälampi 2 km. Android TV and Internet connection: 4G wifi Router. Hiking trails nearby. The cottage is suitable for downhill and cross-country skiers; Ukko-Koli slopes 6 km. Final cleanig is including in the price.
Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
