Property Manager is proud to present Varsinais Suomi Satakunta Villa 1018. 70 km North West of Turku, Archipelago Kivivesi Takviikinsalmi 200 m (length 1 km, width 200 m, after which there is more open Archipelago Sea), The shore is in shared use with few other villas (not very much use), pier, shallow hard bottom shore with small stones, boat dock (also place for guest boat), rowing boat.
Wooden house 1990, renovated in recent year. Downstairs kitchen, living room, fireplace room, bedroom with 2 beds, toilet, sauna (ever-ready stove), bathroom (shower), dressing room.
Upstairs TV - lounge, WC shower room, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds. One of the bedrooms is bigger familyroom and it has also double bed. One bedroom has a private balcony. Child safety gate on the stairs (down and up).

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
