Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Keski Suomi Villa 1005. 48 km west of Jyväskylä. Lake Naulameronen 20 m, (breadth 2 km, length 3 km), shallow water, sandmud bottom. Own boat.
Log cabin 1993, renovated 2012, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with doublebed and another bedroom with 2 single beds), sleeping loft with 2 mattresses, washroom, dressing room, sauna (electric stove), open veranda.
Lakeside sauna 10 sqm (heated by wood). Traditional cottage and lakeside sauna. Steep slope to the shore, there are stairs on the slope. Beach is not suitable for children. Good possibility for berry and mushroom picking in the vicinity.
Extra fee for dogs 20 eurdog must be paid by cash on arrival. Possibility for horse riding 20 km.
Baby cot and highchair available (ask from owner).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
