The apartment is a few minutes walk to the historical and unique neighbourhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek. Neve Tzedek is well known for being the first Jewish neighbourhood built outside of the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa.
This neighbourhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture. It has lovely restaurants and shops. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach and 10 minutes to walk to the centre of Tel Aviv.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ISRAEL LAW ALL ISRAEL CITIZENS ARE SUBJECTED TO PAY 17% VAT CHARGE.
- FOR FOREIGNERS, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A B2 SLIP AT PASSPORT CONTROL AT THE AIRPORT.
- THIS WILL BE PROOF THAT YOU ARE NOT AN ISRAEL CITIZEN AND CAN, THEREFORE, AVOID THE VAT CHARGE.
- A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 1000 ILS WILL BE COLLECTED UPON CHECK-IN AND WILL BE REFUNDED ON THE DAY AFTER YOUR CHECK-OUT.
