Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Lapland Villa 1176. Tunturinlaita 9 is an elegant alpine style apartment in the center of Levi and in the middle of nature. The apartment on the third floor is a great choice for both couples and families. From the balcony of the apartment you can admire the beautiful nature of Lapland, skiers passing by or skiers cooling off on the front slope.
The practical location of the apartment allows access to services even if you do not have your own car. An illuminated ski trail runs right next to the apartment, and the nearest ski slope is a short walk away. The building has an elevator that allows easy access to the apartment.
The apartment has WiFi. Two skipasses are included in the winter season 2020-2021.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
