Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present North Ostrobothnia Villa 1038. Spacious and stylish kelo log cabin at the best place of Ruka. All services and activities are within walking distance. This destination is ideal for families and work groups.
27 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka village (West-Ruka) 300 m. Kelo log cabin, built in 2001 in Keloruka area, bedrooms 1-4: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds. Each bedroom has own WC and shower. Living roomkitchen, electric sauna. More information: Internet connection = Ruka area’s open WLAN. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
Additional equipment: Downstairs you can find a ski maintenance room, a utility room and additional fridge.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
