Property Manager is proud to present Northern Savonia Villa 1007. SKI-INN apartment with a top location at Tahko ski resort. In front of the apartment you’ll have skilift to the slopes and also public beach of Tahkonlahti. Location could not be better at Tahko resort.
This cosy and comfortable apartment consists of three floors; on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, living room, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric stove), separate toilet and balcony.
On the middle floor there is a spacious living roomkitchen, a master bedroom with 2 beds, a washroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a balcony. On the top floor there is a loft with a lobby with 3 beds and a curtained sleeping alcove with 2 beds. The apartment has 2 drying cabinets for clothes, 2 air heat pumps, wi-fi (150 Mbit).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
