Located right on the Gulf of Mexico beach, this large custom home was designed to enjoy the great Gulf views, with an open concept layout to maximize of indoor and outdoor living space! There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have private, ensuite bathrooms, plus a Bunk Room with 4 Twin bunk beds that has an adjacent full bath. One King bedroom has an over-sized ensuite bathroom for Guests with mobility issues. The pool and hot tub will be heated and available for use from April first through October. This house also features nearly 2,000 sq feet of decks, including sundecks, covered porches, and even a screened porch, all of which have great Gulf views. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
- 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
- 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
- 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
- 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
- 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
- 9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
- 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
