Welcome to Inventors’ Loft, a boutique aparthotel located in Downtown Philadelphia near Jefferson Hospital and many of Philly’s most popular attractions, including the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. You are steps away from the city’s best dining, shopping and nightlife. No expense was spared in creating and designing these brand new lofts. This superbly styled apartment with its industrial design touch makes for a perfect luxurious getaway. It can host up to six people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom of the first floor of the apartment. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. The stairwell leads to a loft area (the second bedroom) where we have a king bed set up and there is an en-suite full bathroom incorporated into the loft area as well. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Welcome to Philly! We want you to have an amazing time in our city while ensuring our home stays in great shape for everyone. We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!
- House Rules:
- No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
- No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
- Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
- No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
- Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
- Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
- Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
- Age Requirement:
- Guests must be 21 years or older.
- Location Requirement:
- We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
- Fee Schedule:
- $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
- $500 for excessive noise.
- $500 for smoking.
- $500 for breaking any house rules.
- $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
- $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
- $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
- We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
