Welcome to Moonraker.
Completed in late 2019, Moonraker well and truly belongs in the company of contemporary luxury beach homes. Unpretentious, yet cutting edge, the home is a pure example of simplicity, functionality and comfort. The design has one simple focal point being the breathtaking views across Louttit Bay and the Otway Ranges. Believe it or not but all bedrooms, living zones and even a powder room are blessed with these exceptional views.
Moonraker has an ability to unwind you from the moment you enter. Soft natural tones and subtle architectural angles all bask in natural light by day, or become highlighted by chic led lighting at night.
Ok, you get the picture, it’s a beautiful home.
Let’s get down to the key features and start with the master bedroom located at the south end of the top level. Oversized is an understatement. Complete with walk in robe and an en suite bathroom big enough to park a car, it is truly the master when it comes to sleeping quarters.
Moving North through the top level and past the stunning glass balustrade staircase downstairs you will find the semi open plan kitchen/dining and living area. Complete with all the features you would expect from a contemporary build, the real beauty here lies in the way the view features in slightly different ways, particularly in the main lounge where the angle is parallel to the main beach.
All furnishings have been handpicked by a professional stylist and it shows. This theme is continued into the bedrooms and second living area. The photos don’t lie, it is a seriously well styled home.
Downstairs comprises two further bedrooms with Queen double beds, a second living zone which is flanked by a fourth bedroom containing two bunks and includes its own en suite bathroom.
Other features include multiple outdoor decks, double undercover carport, Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, European appliances, laundry, built in wardrobes in all bedrooms.
For all its beauty and modernism, Moonraker is simply a beautiful beach home.
