Champions Gate Resort is only thirty minutes away from Walt Disney World and is conveniently located near several other attractions including Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park, Universal Studios, and Island H20 Water Park. It’s also a perfect location for any golf enthusiasts as the property is surrounded by championship eighteen-hole golf courses.
The Oasis Club at Champions Gate Resort allows our guests to have full use of the resorts clubhouse which includes a which include a massive swimming area with a one-thousand-foot lazy river and two-story waterslide. There is also a quiet pool with jacuzzi tub, children’s splash zone and water park play area, a full-sized fitness center and movie theater. You’ll also be able to play tennis on the court or volleyball in the sand. There is a Games Room for the kids and adults will be able to get a meal from the Grill Room Restaurant or drink from the Grill Room bar.
This incredible townhouse can host up to ten guests with its four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a beautifully designed and spacious interior and perfect for fun or relaxation, depending on your wishes. It’s a clean, bright, and completely modernized with a comfortable dining room, living room and gourmet kitchen on the main floor. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and dishwasher as well as everything you need to cook including dishware, cutlery, pots and pans and drinking glasses. There is also a small dining area outside that is connected to your own private pool.
The main floor hosts the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the second floor has the other three. The largest bedroom upstairs comes equipped with a king-sized bed with a private bathroom. The bedroom that comes with an Avatar theme has two twin beds and the last bedroom with a Mickey and Minnie Mouse theme has two bunk beds.
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.
POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn’t warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they’ll both get to the same temperature.
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort’s heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.
HOUSEKEEPING:
All our properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.
FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.
GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

• Security deposit will be charged to the traveler’s credit card (Credit card will be collected by Property Manager for Security Deposit).
