There are four-decks offering wonderful views. The top floor offers a private primary suite with king bed, newly remodeled master bath and deck access. This floor also has two additional bedrooms and one additional bath. The main level has a beautifully furnished living area with French doors onto the covered deck which overlooks the pool. The kitchen and dining area adjoin the living area and offer French doors to the large sun deck on the south side of the home. This level offers two additional bedrooms each with one queen bed which share a hall bath with the living area. The lower level has a bunk room with two sets of full over full bunk beds, bathroom and laundry area. Complimentary WiFi. Gas grill. 12-cup coffeemaker.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
