This townhome/studio combo can sleep a total of six guests comfortably. The recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bath townhome is spacious and fully equipped to be the perfect home away from home and is furnished to accommodate four guests in a king bed and twin bunk bed. There’s also plenty of seating for lounging and dining. The townhome is equipped with WiFi and Smart TVs. A washer and dryer is also inside of the home.
The studio unit is located above the townhome garage and sleeps two guests in a queen murphy bed. It also has a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, toaster oven and a microwave so that guests can conveniently prepare refreshments and meals. It also has WiFi and a Smart Tv.
The outdoor area features a view of the on-property pond where ducks and swans are often found enjoying the water, a propane grill, shuffleboard and a second story balcony. Beach access is only a short two-minute walk...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
