This complex is located right on the powdery white sands of St Augustine Beach, at beautiful Anastasia Island. You can use your private access to the beach which is just a few steps away from your door or swim in one of the two pools. From the patio, you can sip your wine after a day at the beach and watch the sunset or walk 1,000 steps to the beach and see the sunrise. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath and the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath, and the couch pulls out for extra guests. The kitchen is fully furnished so just stop by Publix and you will be all set for your stay. The condo is located steps away from the heated pool, one of two on the property. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
