Two gorgeous sandy beaches are just a few steps away and the house can host up to 8 guests very comfortably. For essentials and a bite to eat you can walk to the fishing village of Ambelas, while picturesque Naousa town with its bars, restaurants and shops is a just short drive away.
White with green shutters, the villa is modern but has been built with respect to the local minimal Cycladic architecture, using mostly natural, locally sourced materials.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- Climate resistance fee (Villas):
- From 11/01 to 12/31: 4 EUR per booking (vat included).
- From 03/01 to 10/31: 10 EUR per booking (vat included).
- From 01/01 to 02/29: 4 EUR per booking (vat included).
- - Optional services:
- Baby high chair: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
- Crib: 30 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- - Towels are changed every 3 days.
