Its modern American kitchen integrated into the living-dining room allows for comfortable and pleasant coexistence, equipped with all necessary appliances: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and juicer ☕🍽️. The fibre optic Wi-Fi connection and the Smart TV complete the space for entertainment and comfort.
The 5 m² terrace with double glazing offers panoramic sea views, allowing the maintenance of the ideal temperature thanks to air conditioning and the heat pump throughout the accommodation. Likewise, guests of Property Manager can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided that the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings allow it.
