There’s room for all your friends or family, plus 16 acres with 42+ miles of trails for hiking, biking & exploring in the summer, and cross-country skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing in the winter on the Whitefish Trail system. There are also a handful of lakes accessible from these trails with abundant swimming, SUPing, and fishing opportunities! Take advantage of Whitefish Bike Resort which is just a short walk down the road where you can join mountain biking classes, or grab a snack or cold drink! You’ll also have your own private .25-mile, Whitefish Trail, on the property!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
