Welcome To La Tienda
This spacious four bedroom beach house sits on a triple block and boasts one of the very few private tennis courts along the coast. Ocean views and an abundance of indoor and outdoor areas make La Tienda a perfect Lorne getaway. External decking surrounding three sides of the house provide fabulous outdoor entertaining areas overlooking the tennis court. Not far to the Lorne Golf Course and close to the beach La Tienda is perfect for your holiday with family or friends.
La Tienda has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open plan living and kitchen area. The house can sleep up to nine guests plus one additional child. It is an older style beach house built in the 1970’s with some original features (including the retro bathrooms) but it’s a great space for families and the kitchen and downstairs bedrooms have all been recently refurbished. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
