Welcome to The Beach Cottage!
Just a minute or two walk to Separation Creek beach, this cute little cottage is a perfect escape for you and your four-legged friends. Surrounded by lush well-established gardens the home includes a 2-bedroom cottage and separately accessed studio, all under the same roofline. Absolutely perfect for inviting friends or relatives who prefer their own space, The Beach Cottage also features a spacious rear yard with covered decking and ocean glimpses.
The main living is cosy with a wood fireplace, comfy lounges, and TV. Two bedrooms and main bathroom flank the living to the rear. The studio has its own en suite, kitchenette and separate side balcony. The yard is fully fenced, with a lawn area and is perfect for most pets. The property also has a ramp for easy wheelchair access.
The overall experience is about relaxation and simplicity. Wye River general store and Pub is an easy 15 min walk as is the main patrolled beach. For those not keen on the walk it is a 2 minute drive. 15 min minutes by car back to cosmopolitan Lorne for some shopping and fine dining, 20 minutes to the seaside town of Apollo Bay and 2 hours south to the Apostilles. Or simply kick back like most and go absolutely nowhere.
The Beach Cottage is a genuine comfortable holiday destination in cracking location. Nothing more, nothing less. Enough said. See you soon.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
